Over
the past 15 years Ana and Marko Pogacnik have
developed an original approach to geomancy, where working
with vital forces, elemental beings, and centers of the landscape
is linked to the awakening of the personal sensitivity and
inner evolution of the participants. As a result, participants
have the opportunity to find their own way of perceiving and
interpreting phenomena within and around them without being
attached to a certain technique or belief system.
The basis
of the teaching is a holistic way of perception that includes
body, mind and heart, coupled with the freedom of loving the
Earth and Universe. In
2006 Marko and Ana Pogacnik, with the support of Steiner Books, instituted a 2-year North American geomancy course.
Following several years of workshops and talks in the US and
Canada, in the summer of 2005 Marko led a workshop
at the Omega Institute in New York State that served
as the immediate catalyst for creating the course.
