2007 Letter from
Marko Pogacnik
Dear friends!
My past year was full of travels and other tasks in the area of geomancy and Earth healing, also many delightful moments. I worked not only in Europe but also in Israel, Canada, USA and Philippines. It is great to be able to co-create around the globe a web of love embracing the Earth and Cosmos.
Year 2007 brought also a surprise. The president of the Republic of Slovenia Dr. Janez Drnovsek underwent a deep personal transformation to overcome a serious disease. Since that time he has been speaking publicly about a new paradigm and lives his life accordingly. Over the past year, I have been collaborating with him as vice-president of the Movement for Justice and Development, which he founded in the Spring 2006. We intend to internationalize the movement in 2007 — please see more about LifeWeb below.
As you may know, I am working within a family team. Together with my youngest daughter Ana, since 2006 we have been leading a two-year educational course in geomancy and personal transformation in the USA, organised by Steiner Books in Great Barrington, Massachusetts. Ana is also leading her own school in Munich. Ajra, my oldest daughter is working as a spiritual healer. Since 2000, we have lead a two-year educational course in England. We have been invited to work together in South Africa in 2007. Our middle daughter Nike is a scientist, working in the area of forestry and sustainable development. My wife Marika joins me in carving for lithopuncture projects. In 2006 we worked on carving cosmogrammes at the County Hospital in Klagenfurt, Carinthia, Spa Blumau in Styria, Prague, Slovenia and Bad Pyrmont, Germany. She is a master of stone carving and wood work.
What
about the plans for 2008? This year my 28-years cycle (4x7)
of working in creating a basically new approach to the Earth cosmos
is coming to an end. After that I intend to further develop my
way of working. I would like to dedicate more of my work to developing
alternatives relevant to the approaching Earth changes and the
dangers of climate break down. By alternatives, I mean the transformation
of human consciousness in a holistic way, parallel to the transmutation
of the Earth eco-system in the sense of re-creating its multidimensionality.
My
proposal for 2008: Starting in April 2008 I intend to move
in 12-days cycles from place to place, performing creative talks
and short workshops related to the theme of human and Earth transformation.
My approach would be to clarify what is going on with our beloved
Planet, but also to do collective work on morphogenetic fields.
It shall be a composition of lecture and exercises I may
also develop other forms. I plan such cycles of travelling rounds
in April, May, June, September, October, and November 2008. If
any of you (readers) would like to prepare and organise such an
event in your own town, we could collaborate. If you decide to
do so, please let me know by May 30, 2007, so that I can
prepare travelling plans!

About
LifeWeb:
LifeWeb, Network for Geomancy and Transformation,
was founded ten years ago at Sempas, Slovenia, with the purpose
of interconnecting groups and individuals world-wide who resonate
with the initiative of the Pogacnik family concerning holistic
geomancy and personal transformation (and who, of course, are
developing and furthering this work in their own ways). Recognizing
the important role that geomantic knowledge and the understanding
of the process of the Earth transformation now underway could
serve in this era of change, the LifeWeb founding
group that met at Sempas in 2001 decided to add a phrase to the
name of the network to indicate its future direction:"LifeWeb,
Network for Geomancy and Transformation a Network for Mutual
Inspiration between Earth and Human Beings".
At
that time in 2001 there were about 85 groups working in the
field of geomancy and Earth healing in different countries, inspired
by the geomantic work of Marko and Ana Pogacnik that began to
unfold in the mid-eighties. LifeWeb Network was created
to interconnect those groups and to enable communication and cooperation
among them, including exchanges of information about Earth changes
and shared meditation cycles. During this time some of the groups
have formed official associations to work in the public arena,
and some are publishing newsletters. An important development
has also been the establishment of a central coordination point.
Presently this work is being done by Anna and Achim Gruber/Schmaelzle
from Stuttgart. They can be contacted by email at: anna.achim@gmx.de
Proposal
for a LifeWeb Congress in 2008
Since 2001 many things have changed, and a more globally organized
network is needed. The Slovenian LifeWeb group has
proposed to convene a world-wide congress of LifeWeb groups during
the summer of 2008, which would take place in Slovenia. The time
is ripe to create new foundations for LifeWeb, to get to know
each other, and to share information about our work. The program
will include mini-workshops, group presentations and geomantic
outings. We intend to organise the Congress at the very east border
of Slovenia in Lendava, at the borders with Hungary and Croatia.
During 2006 our Association created a lithopuncture project in
this location with 17 pillars that are now positioned on all sides
of the border between Hungary, Croatia, and Slovenia. This project
was financed by the European Union took place on a territory rich
with geomantic phenomena associated with the changing Earth.
Right
now this is only an idea. We intend to apply for partial financing
of the Congress at the European Union, which finances cross-border
projects of this kind. We hope to be able to organise a low-cost
convention where travel costs plus some contribution for lodging
and food will be the main expense. We need a sign support, so
that we can start with preparations. Later we will release a more
detailed statement about purpose and programme.
What
we need now is a short statement from different groups indicating
that one or more representatives are ready to come and to take
part in the convention. Individuals are also welcome. These statements
of support will enable us to make an application to the European
Union. Please contact our secretary Katja Majer
prior to the end of March 2007 with your statement of your willingness
to attend. Katja's email address is: vitaaa@email.si
Thank
you!
